Yes, he also mysteriously disappeared from the QST masthead. I hope he has not
moved too far away, since he is still borrowing about a thousand dollars worth
of equipment from me. :-)
The address you are trying to use has not been valid for years, however. He
was using "jbloom@arrl.org" since about 1992. Of course, if he is no longer at
ARRL, this will not work either.
The version of NOS you are talking about was made up for the ARRL Lab. I am
sure someone there could send it to you. You might ask one of his coworkers,
such as zlau@arrl.org.
